Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and the management of my4dlive ("Company" or "We"). These Terms govern the use of the platform, website, application and all services provided by my4dlive.

Continued use of the my4dlive platform, including simply browsing the website without registering an account, is considered full acceptance of all terms and conditions stated here as well as the additional referenced documents, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines.

Eligibility & Account Registration

You are eligible to register and use the my4dlive platform only if you meet all of the following conditions:

• Aged at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Not located in a jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Registering voluntarily in your own name, not representing or acting on behalf of any other individual.
• Have not previously been designated as a self-excluded individual from this platform.
• Financially able to bear any monetary losses that may arise from participation in games.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. my4dlive reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport at any stage of account use, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.

Account Management

Each player is only allowed to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Opening multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or financial information, is a breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all related accounts and the freezing of balances.

Player responsibilities regarding their account include:

• Keeping the username and password confidential at all times.
• Not sharing login credentials with any third party.
• Notifying my4dlive immediately if unauthorised access to the account is suspected.
• Updating personal information should any changes occur, such as to a phone number or email address.

Deposits & Withdrawals

my4dlive accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM), except cryptocurrency transactions which are subject to the current exchange rate.

Transaction limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours from the time the request is approved.

my4dlive reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that fails to meet identity verification requirements or raises suspicion of suspicious activity. Players are required to ensure that the bank account or e-wallet name registered matches the player's account name on this platform.

Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

my4dlive offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms stated alongside it. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• A welcome bonus of 150% is given on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the value of the bonus received.
• Example: a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM150, making the balance RM250. A minimum wager of RM2,250 (RM150 × 15) must be met before a withdrawal can be made on bonus winnings.
• Example for the maximum deposit: a deposit of RM1,200 generates a bonus of RM888, making the balance RM2,088. A minimum wager of RM13,320 (RM888 × 15) is required.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash and only the net winnings after the wagering requirement is met are eligible for withdrawal.
• Each player is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.
• my4dlive reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Player VIP accounts are divided into four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback — up to 0.4% (Bronze), 0.8% (Silver), 1.1% (Gold) and 1.5% (Platinum). VIP tier upgrades depend on the player's activity and loyalty on the platform.

Game Rules

The my4dlive platform offers various game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games and lottery. Each category and individual game has its own rules which can be found within the respective game interface.

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a system technical failure.
• Should a technical disruption occur during a game, my4dlive will return the player's wager to the account balance.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player.
• my4dlive reserves the right to void any bets or winnings obtained through the exploitation of bugs or technical errors.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and may change without notice.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the my4dlive platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with games.
• Opening or managing more than one account at the same time.
• Using another person's account or sharing an account with any individual.
• Exploiting system errors, game bugs, or inconsistencies in bonus payouts.
• Attempting to launder money or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during the registration or identity verification process.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving rudely toward customer support staff.
• Spreading misleading or false information about my4dlive to others.

Personal Data Protection

my4dlive collects and processes players' personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and our detailed privacy policy. Data collected is used solely for account management, transaction processing, identity verification, and service improvement.

Limitation of Liability

my4dlive is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of participating in games on this platform. All betting outcomes are final, and players acknowledge that gambling carries a real risk of financial loss.

• Players are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.
• my4dlive does not guarantee winnings in any game.
• The company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as a player's internet connection issues.
• my4dlive's maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Account Closure & Suspension

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the my4dlive customer support team. Any valid balance will be returned to the player once the verification process is complete, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.

my4dlive reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements.
• Violation of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• A request from the relevant legal authorities.
• The player is identified as an individual under 21 years of age.

Players who wish to voluntarily self-exclude may do so by contacting our support team. my4dlive supports responsible gambling and will handle self-exclusion requests seriously.

Changes to Terms

my4dlive reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this website. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
